Achieving your Target Weight
There are two cases why women are setting a weight goal for themselves. it could either because they are too heavy or too light. Women will strive to lose weight if they are too heavy, or gain weight if they are too height.
The reason why there is a need to lose or weight gain for womenis because this will define the health status of the individual. A healthy woman is being signified by the right weight in accordance to her age and height.
That is why it is really important for a woman to set a target weight that is normal for them and achieve it by exercising and proper food intake.
